What we specialise in
We specialise in manufacturing replacement filter elements for industrial air filtration – from dust extraction and oil mist separation to air filtration in compressors and vacuum pumps. We also manufacture selected automotive filters.

Replacement filter elements for industrial dust extraction, oil mist separation and removing gaseous pollutants from the air, as well as for compressors, vacuum pumps and industrial vacuum cleaners. In addition to standard solutions, we offer elements whose design, parameters and filter media are matched to the customer's individual requirements.

Automotive air filters
We manufacture cabin filters, engine air filters for trucks and panel air filters for passenger car engines.
We have spare production capacity and are looking for partners with their own sales markets — distributors and brands looking for a manufacturer of selected filters for their range.
Cooperation can cover selected models or series, with no need to order the full range. We manufacture based on a sample or technical documentation, also under the customer's brand (Private Label).

Oil mist separation

You don't need to know the brand or the original part number – we will make a replacement.
There are hundreds of equipment manufacturers, and the same element often fits machines of different brands. That is why searching for a replacement by brand is not the only way to get there – we can also select a replacement by the type of mounting, dimensions and operating conditions.
All you need is one of the following:

A photo of the used filter together with its dimensions is enough for us to start the selection
A sample or pattern
Send us even a used or deformed element – it is an excellent basis for designing and manufacturing a properly matched replacement.

In-house tool shop, more possibilities
Solutions tailored to your needs
We adapt the design, parameters and filter media to the customer's requirements. Our in-house tool shop lets us respond quickly to non-standard needs and efficiently launch production of new designs.
We also help when a filter for equipment that is still in operation is no longer available on the market. We can manufacture a new element if its design can be reproduced. If one-off production is not cost-effective, we assess whether it can be refurbished: we replace the filter medium, renew the remaining reusable parts and reassemble the element, restoring its tightness and functionality.

We have been manufacturing filters since the early 1980s. Our experience helps us assess requirements, select solutions and point out limitations even before production begins.

Manufacturing in Poland
We manufacture our filters at our plant in Ostrów Wielkopolski. On site, we supervise every stage of production and can respond quickly to agreed changes.
